Machine-Washable Shoes

Our machine-washable shoes are made with durable materials that can withstand a gentle wash cycle. To preserve their quality and ensure proper cleaning, follow these steps:

Pre-Wash: Remove the laces and insoles.
Placement: Put the shoes in a delicate wash bag (a pillowcase works too).
Washing Cycle: Use cold water with mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
Drying: Shake off excess water and air dry—avoid using a dryer.

Tip: The shoes will regain their original shape after one or two wears.

Non-Machine-Washable Shoes

For shoes that are not machine washable, gentle hand-cleaning is recommended to protect the materials and ensure longevity. Follow these steps:

Surface Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the surface.
Hand Washing: Mix a little warm water with mild detergent, and gently scrub the shoes with a soft brush.
Wipe Down: Use a damp cloth to wipe away any excess cleaning solution.
Drying: Remove the insoles and air dry the shoes at room temperature—avoid direct sunlight and radiators.

Note: Some materials, such as canvas or faux leather, may lose their shape or get damaged if machine washed.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to destinations available in the country selector and at checkout. Ukraine is currently unavailable. The checkout page confirms the methods available for your address. If a destination is unavailable, contact [email protected].

How much does shipping cost?

Orders of €60 or more qualify for free standard shipping where available. Orders below €60 generally show the standard charge at checkout, usually €10 where that method is available. Fast shipping, where offered for Norway, Iceland, Cyprus, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, is €100 per piece. Checkout is the final source for your charge.

How long does delivery take?

Standard preparation is usually 1–2 weeks. Fast shipping preparation is usually 1–2 weeks plus an estimated 5–7 days of transit. Carrier estimates vary by product and destination. Remote, customized, and pre-order items may take longer. See the Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

After shipment, we email a tracking number. Enter it at 17TRACK or email [email protected].

Returns and Refunds

Can I cancel or change an order?

You may request a free cancellation or order change within 24 hours after placing an order, provided it has not shipped. After the 24-hour window and before shipment, support will review the request and confirm any applicable adjustment before processing. After shipment, the order cannot be stopped; a 30%–50% deduction may apply if delivery is refused or cancellation is requested.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Customized products and large orders of three or more identical units are excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns. Damaged or materially non-conforming items should be reported promptly with photos. If an item is incorrect, contact us within one week of delivery so we can verify it. When will I receive a refund?

After an approved return is processed, PayPal refunds usually appear in 1–2 days and card refunds in 3–5 days. Bank processing and exchange rates may affect the final timing or amount.
