Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries. Destination availability and the methods offered for your address are confirmed at checkout. At the time of publication, we cannot ship to Ukraine. If your destination is not available, contact [email protected].

How much does shipping cost?

Orders of €60 or more qualify for free shipping to most eligible destinations. Orders below €60 generally show a €10 standard shipping fee. Fast shipping, where available for Norway, Iceland, Cyprus, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, is €100 per piece. Checkout is the final source for your charge.

How long does delivery take?

Standard order preparation is usually 1–2 weeks. Fast shipping preparation is usually 1–2 weeks plus an estimated 5–7 days of transit. Carrier estimates vary by product and destination. Remote, customized, and pre-order items may take longer. See the Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

After shipment, we email a tracking number. Enter it at 17TRACK or email [email protected].

Returns and Refunds

Can I cancel or change an order?

You may request a free cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order, provided it has not shipped. You may request order changes within the same 24-hour period. After shipment, the order cannot be stopped; a 30%–50% deduction may apply if delivery is refused or cancellation is requested.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Customized products and large orders of three or more identical units are excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns. Damaged, incorrect, or materially non-conforming items should be reported promptly with photos for separate review. See the Refund & Return Policy.

When will I receive a refund?

After an approved return is received, PayPal refunds usually appear in 1–2 days and card refunds in 3–5 days. Bank processing and exchange rates may affect the final timing or amount.
